ADM Consulting Ltd was originally created as an electronic company (part of the E-Residency programme of Estonia) in 2019 after being active from mid 2018 by the Finnish-Egyptian businessman Azer Sawiris, current Chairman and CEO of the Company - with the primary mission of acting as a bridge between Scandinavian businesses and Middle-Eastern counterparts. 

The company quickly grew internationally with its headquarters relocating to Helsinki, Finland but keeping the E-company in Estonia as part of the emerging group. Over the years it became the leading group exporting Finnish Education solutions in the Middle-East through its umbrella of Education experts and services providers.
